The Story behind ABSOLUTE FOCUS

A lot of people asked me where I got my "six-packs". I would say it's a gift along with hard work. I'm lucky to be born with a lean body. I'm hardworking enough to start engaging my core from ballet since I was 5 years old. Over the years of being actively involved in sports, I learned that my absolute best workout was stemmed from my focused mind.
Hence ABS-olute Focus. Train your abs with 100% focus. Not until you bring your body and mind aligned that you get your absolute focused workout.
In a deeper context, what does Absolute Focus truly mean to me? It's simple - it's my constant reminder to feel alive.
As someone coming from an ADHD background, I did not discover the disorder until I was 23 years old. It was the darkest phase (depression) of my life that brought me an answer to my whole life's struggles. Absolute FOCUS brings you to a platform of stories.
My goal is to use the blog as a platform to tell people they're not alone. They should liberate themselves from pain and enjoy life.
Through fitness (abs workout) and words (blog), I'm creating this safe space to spread joy and stories. I'm committed to bringing life and fun to people, because ultimately, as a survivor of depression, I firmly believe that no matter how hard you fall, how bad your heart aches, as long as you feel alive, it's happiness.
